Applications are drafted by our Patent Attorneys and the accompanying drawings are prepared internally by our draughtsmen from photographs, sketches, CAD files and the like provided by our clients or made by our staff. Our technicians can visit our client's plants to examine their inventions and to determine how to protect and exploit them in Taiwan and abroad.
- Filing and prosecution of national applications for Patents for Inventions, Utility Models, Designs.
- We file and prosecute patent applications in all areas of technology in Asia, in Europe (European Patent system), internationally (PCT system) and abroad. Thanks to our experience and world-wide network of foreign consultants we are able to offer to our clients the best form of protection in all countries.
- Payment of Maintenance Fees.
- Our computerized system and our network of foreign associates ensure payment of maintenance fees in Taiwan and abroad and timely transmission of reminders to inform clients of the approaching deadlines.
- Filing of petitions for Recordal of name changes, address changes and, in general, changes of ownership due to assignments, mergers etc.
- During the life of a Patent it might happen that its Proprietor changes its own company name or transfers its registered office or still that a change or transfer of ownership occurs as a consequence of assignment, succession or merger. Such events must be recorded with the competent Patent and Trademark Offices to safeguard the validity of the Patent.
